Jeff Tillson serves as the National Director of Engagement and Network Director at Alpha USA since August 2022. Previously, Tillson was the Lead Groups Pastor at Lakeland Community Church from 2017 to 2023, where leadership skills contributed to increasing group engagement from 150 to 700 and designing a Discipleship Pathway. In prior roles, Tillson served as the Student Ministry Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church from 2008 to 2017, leading a team of nine to enhance student ministry participation and success, including developing an intern program for college students. Tillson holds a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry and Adolescent Studies from Judson University.
