Victor Cortez has a diverse background in the hospitality and service industries, currently serving as a Guest Service Ambassador at Alpha Omega Winery since June 2022. Previously, Victor gained experience as a Harvest Cellar Intern at The Prisoner Wine Company in 2021 and held multiple roles at Carneros Resort and Spa from June 2018 to August 2021, including Front Desk Agent, Bell Staff, and Housekeeping. Victor's early experience includes working as a Retail Salesperson at Nike and as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership. Victor is an alumnus of Napa Valley College.
