Martin Schrader is a Principal Engineer at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in digital design and engineering leadership. Previously, Martin held the position of Principal Engineer Digital Design at Silanna Semiconductor, where notable achievements included leading the digital design for the world's first fully integrated active clamp flyback controller and architecting its digital core. Martin's career includes roles as Senior Staff Engineer at Appulse Power, Technical Project Manager at Digital Design Lead, and Electrical Design and Verification Engineer at Boeing. Martin has a strong foundation in ASIC/system development, verification methodologies, and cross-functional team management, with earlier positions at Infineon Technologies and co-owning a consulting firm. Martin holds a Dipl. Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics) from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
