Lingpeng Guan has extensive work experience in the field of device technology. Lingpeng started their career at Chartered Semiconductor as a Senior Engineer from December 2006 to July 2007. Lingpeng then joined Alpha & Omega Semiconductor as a Staff Device Engineer, where they developed high-performance superjunction devices and gained expertise in trench DMOS device design. Lingpeng worked at Vishay as a Senior Staff Device Engineer from March 2012 to June 2013, focusing on the development of high-reliability power MOSFETs. Lingpeng later returned to Alpha & Omega Semiconductor and held various roles, including Manager and Senior Manager of Device Technology, where they developed innovative MOSFETs and IGBT products for power management applications. Currently, Lingpeng serves as the Director of Device Technology at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, leading the development of state-of-the-art products.

Lingpeng Guan pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2002 to 2006 at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prior to their PhD, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Science and Electronic Engineering from Zhejiang University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
