Ji Pan is a senior staff device design engineer at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, with experience since January 2006 in designing discrete trench power MOSFETs, including platforms for 25V trench DMOS and 30V Schottky integrated MOSFETs. Expertise includes optimizing MOSFETs for computing applications through mixed-mode Medici simulation. Previously, Ji Pan held an internship at International Rectifier in 2004, focusing on characterizing ESD performance and conducting failure analysis for HVIC technology. Ji Pan earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang Sci-tech University.
