Ronald (Ron) Fiel is a seasoned quality assurance professional with over 20 years of experience in both commercial and federal sectors, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Alpha Omega Integration, LLC since August 2018 and as a Senior Quality Compliance Specialist at STG Inc. since October 2007. Fiel specializes in organizational change management and process improvement, driving efficiency and quality through the implementation of CMMI, ISO, PMBOK, and Six Sigma best practices. With a strong track record in team management and project implementation, Fiel acts as an effective change agent and mentor in project management, process management, and quality assurance. Fiel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Luther Rice College, obtained between 1970 and 1974.
