Reha Malik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Technology- Data and Machine Learning at Alpha Omega since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Capital One as the Director of Transformation and Strategy- Card Data Engineering and Analytics from July 2021 to August 2023. Before that, they served as a Digital Transformation Advisor at Fannie Mae from July 2016 to July 2021. Reha also worked as a Consultant at USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) at eGlobalTech (eGT) from October 2014 to June 2016. They have experience in strategic program management, having served as a Senior Technical Program Manager- Enterprise Strategy and Execution at AOL from April 2013 to October 2014. Additionally, Reha worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Comscore, Inc. from August 2010 to April 2013 and as a Database Specialist at Freddie Mac from May 2008 to August 2010.

Reha Malik holds a Master of Applied Information Technology degree from George Mason University. In terms of certifications, Reha is a Certified Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc., an Agile Team Facilitator (ATF) from ICAgile, and an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, Reha is certified as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance, a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5.0) from Scaled Agile, Inc., an Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute, a SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and an AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon. Reha also holds a CSM certification from Scrum Alliance, an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification from ICAgile, and a Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
