Alec Searle's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Alpha Metalcraft Group (AMG) since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Paradigm Precision from May 2018 to September 2021, where they were responsible for a $600M P&L and managing 2,200 employees across 12 factories. Before Paradigm Precision, Alec served as the Operating Company President at Triumph Group from April 2016 to May 2018, leading a technology center and overseeing a $320M P&L and 900 employees. Alec also held the position of President at Triumph Engine Control Systems from March 2013 to April 2016, overseeing a $200M P&L and 525 employees. Prior to Triumph Group, Alec worked at Goodrich, where they held roles such as Vice President / General Manager and Senior Director of Business Development & Programs.

Alec Searle has a Masters of Engineering and Management degree from the University of Birmingham, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994.
