Phil Dhillon-James

Global Creative Director And Head Of Brand at Alpha International

Phil Dhillon-James has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Phil started their career in 2006 as an Assistant to the Campaign Manager for the Liberal Democrats, where they drafted campaign materials and managed website content. In 2011, they worked as a Copyright Researcher for CCLI UK, conducting detailed research on intellectual property rights.

From 2013 onwards, Phil joined Alpha International, initially as an Editorial Assistant, responsible for copy-editing and proofreading. Phil then became a Global Content Producer, overseeing content production for the organization's website, print, and social media. Phil also acted as the Editor for Alpha Life magazine and managed its production and distribution. Later, Phil took on the role of Global Content Manager, developing and enforcing content and messaging strategies for the organization.

In 2015, Phil ventured into freelancing, offering graphic design and copywriting services to various organizations. Phil also founded and edited a high-end print magazine called Ditto Magazine.

Returning to Alpha International in 2020, Phil served as a Senior Global Marketing Manager and Account Manager, focusing on innovative marketing campaigns and asset creation. Phil also took ownership of refreshing and digitizing the company's brand guidelines. Following this role, Phil became the Global Director of Marketing, leading the global marketing department and providing strategic leadership and budget management expertise. Currently, Phil holds the position of Global Creative Director and Head of Brand, where they oversee the creative evolution and representation of Alpha International's brand on a global scale.

Throughout their career, Phil has showcased their creative abilities, leadership skills, and dedication to brand management and marketing.

Phil Dhillon-James completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Sussex, where they attended from 2007 to 2010. Continuing their education, Phil pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History from the same institution, studying from 2011 to 2012.
