Ajit Talele currently serves as the Vice President of Innovation at Alpha ICT, a position held since January 2015, where responsibilities include architecting product development solutions, as well as developing and evaluating prototypes and products to launch and scale innovations. Prior to this role, Ajit Talele accumulated extensive experience at Delta Embedded Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from July 2003 to January 2015, where various positions such as Senior Embedded System Engineer, Project Manager, Team Lead, and Design Engineer were held. Earlier in the career, Ajit Talele worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Matrix Security and Surveillance Ltd. from May 2002 to July 2003. Ajit Talele holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, completed in 2000.
