Steven Diaz has a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Rutgers University. Steven has an extensive background in retail management, starting as a Manager at J.Crew in 2004 and progressing to Store Director and Senior Manager. Steven then moved on to positions such as General Manager at West Elm, Store Manager at CB2, and currently holds the title of Regional Director of Operations and Franchise Development / Operations at Alpha Fit Club. Additionally, Steven briefly served as a Human Resources Staffing Manager at Banana Republic. In 2016-2018, Steven pursued further education at Villanova University.
