Rachael Davis-Featherstone has a diverse work experience across various industries. Rachael started their career as a Summer Intern at Morgan Stanley in 2008, and later joined the company as an Analyst in UK M&A in 2009. Rachael was promoted to Associate in 2010 and held the position of Associate - Interest Rate Strategy until 2012, during which they also took on additional responsibilities as Vice-Captain of the Oxford Recruitment team and Co-Chair of Learning and Development for the African-Caribbean Network.

In 2012, Rachael joined Alpha Development as a Senior Trainer, where they created and delivered training courses for investment banks and ran a discussion group at a Diversity and Development event for HR professionals. Rachael also worked as a Content Consultant, designing bespoke presentations and delivering technical and professional skills courses for investment banks until 2016.

During a brief period in 2016, Rachael worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Talent Acquisition on a fixed-term contract. Later that year, they transitioned to their current role at Alice Williams Literary, where they are a Children's author represented by literary agent Alice Williams. Rachael works on books with various publishers, including Hachette, Flying Eye, Quarto, Hodder, Scholastic, and HarperCollins.

In 2014, Rachael published their debut novel, "Puzzle Girl," under the pen name Rachael Featherstone. Rachael is represented by David Headley at D H H LITERARY AGENCY LTD for their adult fiction books.

Rachael Davis-Featherstone began their education at Trinity Catholic High School, where they completed their high school degree from 1999 to 2006. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics at the University of Oxford from 2006 to 2009. Following a gap in education, they enrolled in the University of Surrey from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Master's Degree in English Literature. In 2016 and 2017, Rachael attended BUSEC - CIPD and acquired a Level 7 CIPD Advanced Award in Human Resources.
