Michael Wright is a seasoned regulatory engineer with extensive experience in product safety and conformity assessment, currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Engineer at Alpha Technologies since April 2007. As a subject matter expert in Information Technology Equipment (ITE) and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) safety, Michael contributes to standards development organizations, including USNC-IECEE and UL STP’s for ITE, and represents the U.S. as a USTAG member to IEC TC108 for IEC60950-1/IEC62368. Previous roles include Senior Regulatory Engineer at Silicon Graphics, Owner at Alauda Inc, Product Safety Manager at GRiD Systems, Principal Product Safety Engineer at Xerox, Product Safety Engineer at Safety Technology Labs, and Product Safety Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories.
