In 2019, Ulisses worked as a Retail Sales Advisor at Sunrun, ranking in the top three performers within the district. Ulisses also served as a Production Assistant for Warner Bros. Entertainment, ensuring the safety and functionality of sets for Castle Rock Season 2. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Electronic Journalism from Lyndon State College, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
