Alexys Trejo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alexys began their career in 2015 as a Kid Camp Counselor at Glenwood Springs Recreation. In 2017, they worked as a Retail Salesperson at White Water Rafting LLC, followed by a role as a Raft Guide at the same company in 2018. During this time, they also served as the President of Intercultural Ambassadors, a position they held from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Civil Engineer at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). In 2020, they held two positions simultaneously: Engineer Intern at Suffolk Construction (unfortunately, the internship was canceled due to the pandemic) and Geotechnical Engineer at Professional Excavating, LLC. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Suffolk Construction as a Project Engineer and was later promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Chief of Operations at ALPFA, Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America.
Alexys Trejo completed their high school education from Glenwood Springs High School between 2013 and 2017, earning a High School Diploma. Alexys then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University from 2017 to 2021.
