Mike Drake is currently the Operations Improvement Manager at Alpek since January 2020. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Lotte Chemical UK Ltd, starting as a Shift Operations Manager and working their way up to Plant Manager and Technical Plant Manager. Mike completed their NEBOSH certification in 2018 and attended Longlands College from 1983 to 1986. Mike also studied at Westfields from 1977 to 1983.
