Kieron Crouan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kieron began their career in 1988 as a Military Administration Specialist in the British Army, where they worked for 25 years. In 2013, they transitioned to the financial sector and joined EuropeFX Financial Services as a Customer Support representative. Kieron then moved on to ITRADER.COM as a Customer Support and Back Office staff member from February 2018 to March 2019. In 2019, they expanded their expertise by joining CySEC - Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to undergo CySec Advanced Certificate Preparation. Concurrently, they worked at London Capital Group as a Customer Support/Retention Affiliate for a brief period in May and June 2019. Kieron then joined Pepperstone in September 2019 and held the role of Customer Experience Officer until July 2020. From July 2020 to March 2022, they served as a Senior Client Services Officer at Pepperstone. Currently, they are associated with Alpaca, where they hold the position of Crypto and Bahamas Operations | Client Services | Crypto Cashiering since March 2022.
Kieron Crouan began their education at the Italian School - Elementare - Media - Scuola Superiore (Liceo Scientifico) in 1976 and completed their studies there in 1985. Kieron then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Italian at the University of Westminster from 1997 onwards. In 2009, Kieron obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Additionally, in May 2019, they obtained the CySEC Advanced Certification from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
