Chayeeta Sarkar currently serves as Vice President of Global Trust & Safety at Alorica since January 2024. Prior to this role, Chayeeta held the position of Director of Client Success - Trust and Safety at IntouchCX from January 2023 to January 2024 and served as the Client Success and Innovation Lead for Trust and Safety at Concentrix from November 2017 to December 2022, where Chayeeta also worked as Sr. Manager of Digital Operations. Chayeeta's earlier experience includes roles as Digital Marketing and Community Manager at Dermacy Healthcare Private Limited, Business Development Head - Ecommerce at Kool Kidz Products Limited, and Senior E-Commerce Analyst at Databazaar India, spanning a career that began in June 2003. Chayeeta obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Trust, Safety, and Content Moderation Management from Griffith College Dublin between March 2022 and May 2023, and completed Class XII in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management at Ashok Hall Girls Higher Secondary School in 1995.
