Thales Lage is an experienced Network Engineer/Specialist currently employed at Aloo Telecom since January 2019, specializing in BGP, MPLS, QoS, and SNMP network planning, implementation, management, and troubleshooting with vendors including Huawei, Juniper, and Fortinet. Prior to this role, Thales served as Technical Manager at Ensel Engenharia from March 2017 to January 2019, focusing on communication network planning and troubleshooting across multiple platforms, including the configuration of routing and switching with various vendors. Thales began a career as an Intern/Telecommunication Engineer at CEMIGTelecom from March 2015 to March 2017, conducting critical analyses for network performance and topology design. Thales is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, holding an MBA in Project Management from Ibmec, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Systems Engineering from PUC Minas.
