Jimmy Ma has extensive experience in customer support and operations leadership, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer at AlohaABA since April 2022. Previously, Jimmy held multiple roles at Albert from October 2018 to December 2021, including VP of Customer Support and Director of Customer Support Operations. At CodeMetro, Inc., from September 2013 to October 2018, Jimmy advanced from Manager of Client Relations to Director of Customer Management, focusing on customer success and seamless software integration. Earlier in the career, Jimmy worked at BT Inc. as Department Manager and at Churchill Management Group as a Sales Support Specialist. Jimmy earned a degree from the University of California, Riverside, from 2006 to 2008.
