Becky Dolenak is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Technology at ALOHA Collection since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dolenak held various positions at Tecovas, including Senior Manager of Technology Operations and Business Systems Manager from April 2019 to October 2022. Dolenak's earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Operations Manager at Ringers Gloves, where responsibilities encompassed implementation of cloud-based business software, NetSuite administration, business process development, and employee onboarding. Dolenak began their career as an Executive Assistant and Customer Service Manager, contributing to key projects such as 3PL implementation and EDI setup. Educationally, Dolenak holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography, with minors in English and Art History, from Illinois State University.
