John began their career at Unisys Corporation as a Project Manager, where they managed internationalization projects and held various technical roles. John then joined Alogent Corporation as a CRM, where they managed support relationships for Tier 1 Bank clients and provided application support for Alogent products. At Goldleaf Financial Solutions, they served as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager. John later joined ProfitStars as a Technical Support Engineering Manager and was responsible for managing technical support operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director Customer Support at Alogent Corporation. Additionally, they are the Owner/Partner of Town Center Music, LLC.
