Nathaniel Lipanovich currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at both Alo Yoga and BELLA+CANVAS since March 2023. Prior to these positions, Nathaniel held the role of Shareholder and Associate at Thoits Law from May 2019 to February 2023. Nathaniel's legal career also includes experience as an Attorney at Irell & Manella LLP from September 2013 to April 2019, and as a Summer Associate at Irell & Manella and Haynes and Boone, LLP in 2012. Nathaniel earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
