Kristen Sellecchia is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in store management and visual merchandising. Currently serving as an Assistant Store Manager at Alo Yoga since October 2022, Kristen has also held a dual role at Kendra Scott as Assistant Store Manager and District Visual Manager since August 2017. In this position, Kristen emphasizes collaboration with headquarters and field teams to ensure visual standards across a 14-store district, while assisting in the onboarding and development of new hires. Previous experience includes promotional roles at TEAM Enterprises, where Kristen successfully executed brand promotions across Florida, and retail sales at GulfShores Sports, focusing on customer service and brand engagement. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida.
