Middi Ip has extensive experience in merchandising and retail management within the Asia Pacific region, currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising & VM at Moncler since February 2012. Previously, Middi held positions as APAC Retail Merchandising Director and Senior Regional Merchandising Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Buyer for the Asia Pacific at Sergio Rossi, and as a Buyer for Women's and Men's wear in Greater China at Giorgio Armani. Middi began a career at Joyce Boutique Ltd. where responsibilities included managing leading fashion brands and achieving significant sales growth. Academically, Middi holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from HKUST Business School, earned from 2000 to 2003.
