Matthew Eirich has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Matthew began their career at The Advisory Board Company in 2007, where they served as an Executive Director until 2015. In 2015, they joined Humana as the Vice President Corporate Strategy, a role they held until 2019 when they transitioned to the position of Chief Growth Officer, Care Delivery Organization. In 2021, Matthew Eirich became the President and Chief Executive Officer at Alo Solutions.

Matthew Eirich obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Davidson College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Matthew later pursued further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 2003 to 2005.
