Lan T. H. Dang is a seasoned scientific professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology industry, currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since October 2019, after progressing from a Senior Scientist role. Prior to this position, Lan was employed at Biogen from July 2015 to September 2019, where contributions were made as a Scientist I and Postdoctoral Scientist. Earlier academic endeavors included a Post-doctoral Fellowship at University Health Network from April 2012 to May 2015, and research at the University of Toronto Institute for Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering between January 2011 and February 2012. Lan's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell and Systems Biology from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2012, and an Hon. BSc. in Molecular Genetics and Molecular Biology from the same institution, earned in 2004.
