Ernesta Mockiene has extensive work experience in customer care and management roles. Ernesta is currently the Head of Customer Care at Alna Business, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of passenger services department at BGS (Baltic Ground Services) from June 2017 to May 2022. Ernesta also worked at DNB bankas Lietuvoje, where they held various roles including Customer Service Manager from May 2016 to June 2017, Branch Manager from September 2010 to May 2016, and Personal Banker from April 2006 to September 2010.

From 2007 to 2009, Ernesta Mockiene pursued their Master's degree in financial market at Mykolas Romeris University.
