Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, specializing in an online store for organic body care and environmental products. In addition to this, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's background includes working as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
