Mohamed Elshahed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team leadership and customer care operations. Currently serving as a Social Media Senior Team Leader at Almosafer since January 2020, Mohamed previously held positions as Operation Team Leader at Raya Contact Center, supporting customer care for Etisalat in both UAE and Misr from April 2014 to December 2019. Prior experience includes roles at ETISAL International Group and a data entry position at Nile Gas. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Cairo University.
