Tara Raffi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Almond. Tara was previously a Founding Lead and Portfolio Manager at McKinsey's tech fund and incubator, where they deployed over $50M in 130 investments. Tara has also worked as a Business Analyst and Operations Associate at Factual Inc, and as a Research Analyst at the Office of the Quartet Representative for Tony Blair.

Tara Raffi pursued a BS in Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley. Afterward, they attended Y Combinator, a startup accelerator.
