Mikey Watts is a seasoned technology leader and creative professional with extensive experience across various roles in the tech industry. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Almond since July 2022 and a Composer at Slevgin of Ortania since August 2021, Mikey also holds the title of Creator at Headpop! and Founder of SF Street View, both since 2018. Previously, Mikey co-founded August Health and worked as an Architect to enhance the aging experience in the US until April 2022. Mikey's earlier experience includes key positions at Apple as a Computer Scientist, CTO and Co-Founder at Mapsense, and Software Engineer roles at Rearden Commerce and Perforce Software. Mikey holds a PhD in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and a BA in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
