Michelle Quinn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles spanning nearly two decades. As Co-Owner and Managing Director at Almond Engineering Limited since August 2005, Michelle has held various positions, including Director and Business Improvement Manager. In addition to this key role, Michelle serves as an Executive Committee Member for Scottish Engineering, a Mentor for Career Ready, and a Director at Edeta. Michelle also contributes as a Regional Board Member for DYW West Lothian. Academically, Michelle holds a Diploma in Management & Leadership from the University of the West of Scotland, completed in 2015, and completed secondary education at Whitburn Academy from 1999 to 2005.
