Robert Fitzsimons has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist/Social Media Agent at Paddy Power, a large gaming company, focusing on CRM. In 2012, they joined Kelkin Ltd as a DCC Graduate Sales and Marketing Executive, where they handled various responsibilities in grocery marketing, pharmacy marketing, key accounts, and social media. In 2013, they worked at Fannin Ltd as a Marketing Executive for the Hospital & Community Pharma division. In 2014, they joined Exertis UK as a Channel Marketing Manager, and in subsequent years, they held positions such as Enterprise Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Head of Channel Marketing. In 2023, they joined Almo Corporation as the VP of Sales & Digital Marketing, and later became the VP of Amazon.

Robert Fitzsimons completed their undergraduate education at Seton Hall University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 2011 to 2012.
