Lorena Véguez is an experienced People and Culture professional who has worked in various HR roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Lorena is currently serving as a People and Culture Senior Manager at Almirall, where Lorena partners with the R&D organization to attract and retain international talent, design career paths, and champion culture transformation. Lorena has a strong background in HR business partnering, change management, and culture projects from their previous roles at Merck Group, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Randstad España. Lorena holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from UPF Barcelona School of Management and has a background in Labor Sciences and Law.
