Alan Chelko is a seasoned professional in venture capital and corporate development with extensive experience across multiple roles and industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Cuploop and an Investment Committee Member for SmartCap's Green Fund, Alan has been a Venture Partner at Almaz Capital since November 2020 and has provided advisory services as a Venture Capital Investment Advisor since September 2018. Previous roles include Head of Corporate Development & Venture Investments at Cisco, where Alan managed a substantial investment portfolio, and Senior Investment Advisor at BearingPoint, advising on significant telecommunications projects. Alan holds an MGM from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business, and a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.
