Natanael Baldim Guerra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Natanael started their career as an IT Intern at Associação Auxiliadora das Classes Laboriosas, where they gained experience in server and workstation configuration, firewall installation, and maintenance of corporative email and chat systems.

Natanael then joined IBM as a Web Developer, where they developed web interfaces, web applications, and Python applications. Natanael later worked at Agile Solutions as a Development Architect and Senior Web Developer, primarily focusing on SAP HANA and its environment. Their responsibilities included installing and managing HANA, writing XSJS code, designing integration between HANA and partner applications, and creating replication jobs.
