Tatsuro Hayashi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tatsuro began their career as a Short-Term Intern at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2006. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant at ABeam Consulting. In 2013, they briefly served as a Senior Consultant at an IT Consulting Firm. Tatsuro then joined Parexel in 2014, where they held various roles including Live Study Manager and Project Manager. During their time at Parexel, they worked as an operational interface between clients and the IT service business unit. In 2019, they moved on to Almac Group, where they initially worked as a Design Manager/Project Manager for Clinical Technologies. Currently, they hold the position of QA Analyst Lead, leading teams and ensuring quality assurance in clinical technologies.
Tatsuro Hayashi completed their Bachelor's degree in Law and Public Policy from Chuo University from 2005 to 2009. In 2007, they attended Regent Language School Oxford for English language studies. Tatsuro also obtained several online certifications, including courses on International Law, personal resilience, cultural intelligence, global health diplomacy, contemporary geopolitics, clinical health data utilization, COVID-19 contact tracing, healthcare IT challenges, intelligence tools for the digital age, and eHealth.
