Susan Conway has a robust professional background in science and management, with extensive experience at Almac Group since September 2017, holding roles such as Supply & Procurement Team Leader, Supplier Relationship Manager, and Scientist in Genomics. Prior to this, Susan served as Quality Manager at a design company from January 2016 to August 2017, where responsibility included establishing and implementing a Quality Management System accredited under ISO 9001:2015. Additional experience encompasses a position as a Scientist at the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute in 2016, and various roles within the NI Courts and Tribunals Service from 2004 to 2016, culminating in the position of Department Manager. Susan's academic credentials include a BSc Hons in Biomedical Science from Ulster University and a Foundation Degree in Applied and Medical Science from the University of Ulster in conjunction with Southern Regional College, alongside an accounting qualification from the Institute of Accounting Technicians Ireland.
