Simon Hamilton is a seasoned professional in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Head of Global Business Development at Almac Sciences since February 2007. In this role, Simon oversees critical service areas in Europe, including nonGMP and GMP Small Molecule & Peptide API, biocatalysis technology, and solid-state and analytical solutions. Simon's previous positions at Almac Sciences include Senior Business Development Manager and Director of Business Development for the West Coast. Prior experience includes roles at Gallahers as Project Leader and various positions at Biocolor as a Research Executive. Simon holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a 1st Class degree in Biochemistry from Queen's University Belfast.
