Lisa Nguyen

Sr. Director, Commercial Strategy at Alma Lasers North America

Lisa Nguyen's work experience starts in 2000 as an Account Executive at Hamon & Associates, where they worked with Singapore Airlines. Lisa then became a Senior Account Executive at the same company the following year. In 2003, Lisa transitioned into the healthcare industry, working as a Healthcare Consultant at Medical Development Specialists, where they eventually became the Director of Conference Services.

Lisa joined I-Flow Corporation in 2007 as an Associate Marketing Director, focusing on the growth of their infusion pump product line. Lisa then moved on to Syneron Candela in 2008, first as a Product Manager and later as a Global Product Manager. In these roles, Lisa played a key part in developing marketing plans and launch strategies for aesthetic medical devices, as well as managing projects and establishing pricing.

In 2011, Lisa joined L'Oréal USA, working as a Marketing Manager for SkinCeuticals and later as a Manager of Global Marketing & Product Development for Clarisonic. During their time at L'Oréal, they collaborated with advertising agencies, developed marketing materials, and contributed to the success of their skincare brands.

Lisa continued their career at Tria Beauty in 2014 as a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing, and at Serene Medical, Inc. in 2015 as the Director of Marketing.

From 2016 to 2018, Lisa worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Blueprinter Marketing, LLC., where they provided strategic marketing services across various clients in the aesthetic medical and consumer beauty space. Their responsibilities included brand development, product launch activities, digital marketing, and project management.

Most recently, Lisa joined ZO Skin Health, Inc. in 2018 as the National Accounts Director, where they managed national accounts until July 2021.

Lisa's current position is the Sr. Director of Commercial Strategy at Alma Lasers North America, a role they started in April 2022.

Lisa Nguyen attended California State University, Fullerton from 1994 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
