Tammy Serrano has extensive experience in prospect research and management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Prospect Research & Management at Alma College since January 2020. Previously, Tammy held several key positions at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2020, including Director and Associate Director of Prospect Research and Management, where responsibilities included strategic oversight for major gift fundraising and managing prospect pools for capital campaigns. Earlier roles at McCormick Theological Seminary involved directing individual and annual giving programs, along with providing administrative support in finance and operations. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University and has completed a Management Fellowship with the Development Leadership Consortium.
