Monica Santana Rosen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Alma Advisory Group since September 2016, focusing on fostering organizational success through people, practice, and culture. Previously, Monica was a Member of Chief from August 2021 to June 2023, an organization dedicated to advancing women into leadership roles. Experience also includes roles as Partner and Vice President at Cross & Joftus, where Monica launched a human capital consulting practice, and as Talent Management Officer at Chicago Public Schools, directing efforts to enhance principal quality. Early in their career, Monica served as Employee Services Officer at The Broad Center, improving HR efficiencies, and as Executive Director at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, where Monica oversaw finances and program development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan University.
