Eliana Pereyra serves as Chief of Staff at Alma Advisory Group, leveraging extensive experience in educational leadership and program development. Previous roles included Executive Director of Equitable Learning Environments at Atlanta Public Schools and Director of Leadership Development at Gwinnett County Public Schools, where Eliana focused on equity-centered practices and leadership advancement initiatives. Eliana has also held significant positions at Cross & Joftus and the NYC Department of Education, contributing to the design and implementation of talent management strategies and teacher leadership programs. Eliana holds a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University.
