Shannon Mattin began their work experience as a Marketing Associate at Sysco from February 1999 to January 2003. Shannon then worked as the Owner & Property Manager at Abode Properties from January 2007 to September 2011. Following this, Shannon worked as a Marketing Specialist and Real Estate Broker at the John L Scott Market Center from April 2012 to January 2015. Shannon then joined M Realty PDX as a Marketing Specialist & Real Estate Broker from January 2015 to January 2017. Shannon later became the Director of Agent Marketing at M Realty from January 2017 to April 2018. Shannon then served as the Brokerage Manager at SVN | Bluestone & Hockley from April 2018 to October 2019. Shannon's work experience also includes being a Marketing & Team Manager at Crandall Group from October 2019 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Program Manager 2 at Allytics, starting from January 2022.

Shannon Mattin attended Oregon State University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
