Morgan Nicola has a variety of work experience in different industries. They began their career at Skechers as a Sales Associate from November 2011 to December 2012. They then worked at Fossil Group, Inc. as a Sales Associate from June 2013 to April 2014. Following this, Morgan interned as a Social Media Graphic Design Intern at iPartnerMedia, Inc. from November 2014 to February 2015. They then joined Purely You Spa as a Graphic Designer in May 2015, and later took on the role of Lead Spa Concierge/Marketing Coordinator until May 2018. Currently, Morgan is working as a Brand Manager at Allyn International from May 2018 to the present.

Morgan Nicola attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2010 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. In addition, Morgan obtained a certification in Employer Brand Strategy from Ph.Creative in November 2022.
