Ekaparna Goswami has several years of work experience, starting in 2019 as a Management Intern at Oil India Limited. In 2021, they worked as a Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition at Artech L.L.C. In 2022, they became a Talent Acquisition Executive at TalentXO, where they remained until early 2023. Currently, they are a Human Resources Administrator at Allyn International, a position they have held since June 2023.

Ekaparna Goswami pursued a Bachelor's degree from Jagannath Barooah College from 2014 to 2017. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources & Information Technology from Amity University from 2018 to 2020.
