Ryan Tierney started their work experience as a Branch Banker at First Community Bank in 2009, where they remained until 2012. Ryan then joined Virtus Partners in 2014 as an Associate Director, later being promoted to Director in 2017, Senior Director in 2019, and finally Managing Director in 2019. In 2021, Ryan joined Allvue Systems as a Platform Solutions Engineer.

Ryan Tierney attended the University of Houston from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance. Ryan also completed minors in Accounting and Economics during their time at the university.
