Dharmesh Bhukhan has over 13 years of experience in the purchasing and inventory control industry. From 2007-2008, they worked as a Cost Accountant at Trim Masters Inc. During this time, they were responsible for ensuring the integrity of the standard costing system in the manufacturing environment. From 2008-2009, they were a Senior Cost Accountant at Diamond Foods, LLC. Here, they provided management with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures, as well as providing financial analysis to evaluate special projects, product cost, and cost savings. From 2009-2022, they worked at Shaklee Corporation as a Senior Manager of Global Sourcing and Procurement and Senior Inventory Analyst. In their role as Senior Manager, they were responsible for over $100M in direct material and contract manufacturing tolling spend across multiple product divisions. Dharmesh also negotiated contracts and evaluated performance according to contract, realizing over $5M in cost savings. As Senior Inventory Analyst, they were responsible for maintaining product cost, physical count audit and reconciliation, variance analysis and capitalization, month end close, and monitoring subcontract manufacturing cost. Since 2022, they have been the Director of Purchasing and Inventory Control at both Allure Labs, Inc. and DermaQuest.

Dharmesh Bhukhan received their high school diploma from Thunderbird High School in 1990. Dharmesh then attended Chabot College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies in 1993. Dharmesh continued their education at California State University - East Bay, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1996.
