Chad Scott is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since October 2017, Chad has served as the Human Resources Manager at Allura™ Fiber Cement Products. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Evraz Inc NA, where Chad led HR teams and initiatives for various facilities. Previous positions also encompass leadership roles at Analog Devices, Wolverine World Wide, and Danaher, demonstrating a robust background in managing HR functions across diverse organizations. Chad holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources from Abilene Christian University.
